1: Shipping Time

Shipping time varies depending on stock status. In stock items usually go out on the next ship date for the type of parcel, from the placing of the order. If we expect items to complete your order to arrive in a few days or if you live internationally (where it is usually cheaper to ship all items together) we will hold you order to send it complete. If out-of-stock or special order items are expected to take a while to arrive, we will often send the in-stock items separately. In such cases you will not be charged extra shipping and if paying by credit card your card will not be charged for the delayed items until they ship. If you have a deadline and need to know whether we have items in stock or when we can get them just drop us a line or give us a call.

2: Forms of payment accepted

• Personal Check (in U.S. funds only) - Paw Prints Cross Stitch reserves the right to delay shipment of items payed by personal check to allow time for check to clear the bank
• Money Order/Bank Check (in U.S funds)
• Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover accepted - please make sure to fill out the credit card section completely.
• PayPal - please be sure to confirm your order total with us prior to sending funds

3: Ways to place your order

• Online through our Shopping Cart system
• Online (credit card only) - via our former Secure Server - *note* - use the tab key rather than enter key to travel between fields - with some browsers the enter key functions as a submit button and your form will be submitted too early
• Mail or Fax (check, money order, or credit card) - print out the Order Form. Mailing address and fax number can be found listed on the form.
• Phone (credit card only) - please feel free to call us to order during our shop hours. If you'd like you can drop us an e-mail so that we may research the information for you in advance (because no likes to be stuck on hold right?). Our phone number is 614-901-9783.

5: Returns

Sorry, but there are no returns on charts, magazines, open kits, fabrics, framing, or special order items. Please contact us prior to any returns so that we may offer instructions. S/H charges are non-refundable.

6: Gift Certificates

We happily sell gift certificates in any amount. If there is not enough time for a certificate to reach the individual via standard mail, we can send an e-certificate.

7: Printed Catalog

Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog. We have found that with the ever-changing needlework world, that information becomes "out-of-date" very quickly. Our website is the best place to check for our ever-expanding offerings. If you are looking for something not listed on out site let us know and we will see if we can help.

8: Special Order Items

Yes, we can order in literally thousands of items that are not listed on our site. If you let us know what you are looking for we will check to see if we can obtain it for you. Also, there are certain distributors with web-sites that we order from on a regular basis and we can order in any items that they carry.
